Actually, I did not go on the tour. We sent our two adult children. They had a wonderful time, lots of great pictures and they were very impressed with the tour guide, Theresa spelling might be wrong. They felt she was very knowledgeable and made the tour fun. They would certainly recommend it .

This is a NOT TO BE MISSED tour! Cheyenne, our guide, was extremely knowledgeable about the tour information which included an incredible amount of information on the San Andreas Fault, the Plates the fault sits on, the Indians who lived in the canyons/area, the geology/rock formations, flora and fauna and the oasis. She also provided interesting and informative information about the Palm Springs area history. We have already sent the information to our friends who will be here in March. This tour is well worth the money.

This was a terrific tour. We were a bit concerned that maybe it would be dull but quite the opposite! The jeep was a fun ride, and the tour guide well informed and affable. We saw so many things, and learned a ton. Would definitely recommend.

First of all, Bonnie was fantastic as a tour guide. She provided a huge amount of interesting information and it was clear she loved what she does!
This tour went above and beyond expectations. We were able to see parts of the desert/mountains/canyons that I never thought we'd see. Learning about the fault line and that there are many more smaller faults in that area was fascinating. Walking through the oasis was also an amazing learning experience.
To also learn of how the Cahuilla learned to utilize the few resources they had to survive and thrive was highly interesting.
At first I thought this might be a bit expensive for a tour, but it was quickly clear that the price charged was worth every penny.
