Your 1.5-hour horseback ride begins when you select your horse and meet your expert tour guide at Forever Florida. Horses are personally matched to your personality and level of riding experience; first-timers are welcome (see Additional Info below for restrictions).
Once on your horse, head out on an adventure deep into the 4,700-acre Forever Florida, which has preserved the wilderness just as nature intended. This pristine conservation area boasts nine distinct Florida ecosystems and an endless array of natural flora and fauna, including alligators, black bears, white-tailed deer, nearly 200 species of birds and the endangered Florida panther.
Travel along historic trails first traveled on horseback by Native Americans back in the 16th century. Mid-way through your journey, take a break to stretch your legs and explore a densely forested floodplain on an easy-access boardwalk. Back on horseback, you will have the opportunity to ride through the headwaters of Bull Creek!行程概要出發地點

Ann and I loved every moment of our visit. If you love horses and riding you will love the working ranch atmosphere at Forever Florida.
It's like stepping back in time as we visited with working ranch hands while cooling down, grabbing a bite to eat, and resting in their rocking chairs in their air conditioned restaurant.
When I told them the true story of Cowboy Bill Cummins, who actually lived every little cowboys dream, the staff became interested in selling my book, KING and the COWBOY.
I Said, All your visitors will fall in love with KING the Golden Wonder Horse and learn that loving a horse will enrich their souls and break their hearts.
The staff became interested in my rope-twirling video and possibly inviting me to entertain their guests down the road which would be lots of fun.
WOW! What a wonderful experience! -
Great people all the way around. Only wish we had done more than walk with the horses. A trot or gallop would add so much to the hour and a half experience. Don't know if anyone does that any more. However, we thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience, from checking in, talking with the guide before our ride, the ride itself and the food and drinks afterwards.

It was great, 2 hrs riding the tour guide was great he could answer our questions , just wished he was wearing some kind of microphone so we could all hear him. My horse almost tripped scared the crap out of me but I was ok, and he made sure that I wanted to keep on with ride. Very nice a mus

We drove from our holiday base in Sarasota and didn't realise it was quite such a long way - took us 4 hours! But it was well worth the trip. We had a fabulous ride out. I'm an experienced rider but my partner wasn't but u didn't need to be able to ride, the horses did everything, they were amazing.

Beautiful, well mannered horses. Scenery was beautiful , great guide. Overall it was very well run, horses are looked after beautifully. Would have loved to have a private ride with the guide so we could have trotted on a bit, as experienced riders it would have been great.

Very good guide and a lovely horse that needed no guidance. The only problem I had was I couldn't always hear the stories being told by the guide as I was near the back. It was only 40 mins from International Dive but was so quiet and the scenery was so different it felt like you were hours away. You get room for a camera/phone and drink. There's not much shade so having to wear jeans meant my legs felt they were on fire. I would love be to go again when I'm next visiting Florida.

We took the 1.5 hour horseback tour and had a fantastic time. We will definitely do the tour again on our next visit to Florida.
