Please Note: Transfers are NOT available from Port Canaveral, Downtown / South Orlando area, Kissimmee, US27 and I4, Highway 192 East of SR535, Maitland or Winter Park
Please Note: Disney hotels provide complimentary round-trip shuttle transportation to their registered guests on the Disney Magical Express shuttle. Guests may choose to use this shuttle from the Orlando International Airport to go to one of these hotels, but must use the Disney Magical Express shuttle for the return. Disney hotels are as follows: All Star; Coronado Springs; Animal Kingdom Lodge; Pop Century; Saratoga Springs; Old Key West; Port Orleans; French Quarter - Riverside; Fort Wilderness; Contemporary; Grand Floridian; Polynesian; Wilderness Lodge; Beach Club; Yacht Club; BoardWalk; and the Caribbean Beach.

Superb, take this without a second thought. On time arrival, no issues...

Daylight savings time caused issues I believe. I had to notify them that there was no 2:50 am which is the time they insisted on picking us up for a 6:15 am flight because it could take up to an hour to get to the hotel with other pickups. They changed pick up to 3:20 am. Received a text that they would be sending a car with the car number. When it was 3:30 am I called because there was no car. No one answered, just a recording that someone would be with me momentarily. The car finally arrived before someone answered. The ride from that point was ok but we were at the airport 40 minutes before the Southwest ticket window opened at 4:30.

The pick up area was different than what I was told, but it was still great service. I got to the airport on time.

When phoning the company about what time we would be picked they had no record of our booking at all. We had to make another booking to be picked up, but the driver accepted our pre paid voucher. If I had no phoned to check we would not have been picked up.

Nice comfortable vehicle with friendly driver who arrived on time at our hotel. The only downside was that we had to walk quite a way to check in from where the driver dropped us.

My driver was right on time and he was friendly, he made sure everyone made it to their destination on time. This service is very reliable. Only gave four because the ticket verification has a little bit of kinks that need working out the driver will ask for a number that starts with 4 if you book online it will not have this and he has to call in to verify.

Very nice and clean van. Very nice driver. The driver was very helpful as well.
