Upon arrival at Orlando International Airport, simply proceed to the Ground Transportation Desk in your arriving terminal and present your voucher. No prior reconfirmation is required and you will be directed to your departing shuttle promptly.

Zone 3 - Hotels on International Drive
Zone 4 - Hotels in Lake Buena Vista, Walt Disney World and Highway 192W
Please Note: Transfers are NOT available to Port Canaveral, Downtown Orlando, South Orlando, Kissimmee, US27 and I4, Highway 192 east of SR535, Maitland and Winter Park
Please Note: Disney hotels provide complimentary round-trip shuttle transportation to their registered guests on the Disney Magical Express shuttle. Guests may choose to use this shuttle from the Orlando International Airport to go to one of these hotels, but must use the Disney Magical Express shuttle for the return. Disney hotels are as follows: All Star; Coronado Springs; Animal Kingdom Lodge; Pop Century; Saratoga Springs; Old Key West; Port Orleans; French Quarter - Riverside; Fort Wilderness; Contemporary; Grand Floridian; Polynesian; Wilderness Lodge; Beach Club; Yacht Club; BoardWalk; and the Caribbean Beach.

On reading the reviews I booked this as it was good value for money.
On arrival I waited at the stop at the airport until the van arrived. I was told by the lady I could not travel as they didn't recognise my ticket? I pointed out that it was Mears on the ticket and Mears on the van!! She then let me on but said she didn't know where my apartment was as there are so many in Orlando? I asked her to radio in for instructions as it is a very popular resort. After some huffing and puffing she said she did remember where it was! Sadly it was not a confident start to the holiday. As I had pre booked and paid in advance I was not confident in the van returning again to pick me up having issue with the location even with me in the van. I didn't bother with the return and made other arrangements to return to the airport. -

Our arrival into Orlando on Christmas morning was met with the loveliest of drivers. This pick up was at 5:30am and was just wonderful to our first day in a new town. Highly recommended, clean van, friendly driver and all over great experience.

We arrived late at night and the voucher handling was easy and fast. We waited maybe 10 minutes until we were picked up and taken to our hotel. Airport transport through Viator is very efficient and affordable. Thanks for the excellent service.

This transfer was a fiasco. We were told by the operator that they didn't do this this transfer and didn't offer us any assistance to get to our destination. In the end we sorted it ourselves.
We let Viator know the issue we had and received a full refund a few days later.

Pick up area unsuitable at this time in morning..2 young girls who were too afraid to wait in dark were left behind . Driver returned to pick them up 30 min into our trip

Friendly and helpful staff! Only had to wait a short while for the transfer and Ruben, the driver was friendly and enthusiastic!
