Taro rolls served with toasted macadamia nut butter
Appetizer - Pacific Rim Cocktail Shrimp served with spicy cocktail sauce and lemon
Royal Salad - locally grown green lettuces topped with diced fresh tomatoes and cucumber, served on a wonton crisp placed on a bed of red leaf lettuce. Garnished with shoe string beets and carrots and served with papaya seed/sesame dressing
Steamed Maine Lobster Kahala - whole Maine lobster (split upon request)
Roasted Filet of Tenderloin Beef - lightly seasoned and roasted to perfection, served with roasted garlic potatoes, steamed carrots and zucchini
Chocolate Mousse Cake - served with a raspberry coulis
Child's Menu includes paradise chicken, royal salad, island fish with rice, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, carrots, zucchini, taro rolls and chocolate mousse cake.

The trip was wonderful, the food was great, the show was very good and they made my 68th Birthday very special. The evening cruise was great too, enjoyed seeing Diamond Head and the sky/sunset on the water was so beautiful. We had a great time and enjoyed every minute.

Loved the cruise. It was a great way to end a lovely week in Oahu. Booking it was easy, they pick you up at or near your hotel and drop you back, totally hassle free. The food was delicious and the service was friendly. The entertainment was nice, live Hawaiian music, some hula dancing and of course some crowd participation. And the views from the deck are gorgeous, especially when it gets dark. If you go on a Friday night they have fireworks at the Hilton which you'll get to see from the boat. It was a very relaxing, beautiful evening, would definitely suggest it.

This was great way to start our evening celebration for our 25th Anniversary. Beautiful sunset with a beautiful meal and the most beautiful lady there. Meal was good and the entertainment set the mood. Highly recommend you get the window seat for ocean view and island views. Just beautiful!
