This 2.5-hour Honolulu whale watching cruise is ideal for nature lovers and humpback whale enthusiasts. The state-of-the-art vessel provides a comfortable and stable ride, and can actually cruise past Diamond Head into the waters of the Maunalua Bay, a designated NOAA whale sanctuary.
Outdoor viewing decks and large windows in the air-conditioned cabins provide for wonderful Oahu whale watching opportunities and views. Truly a dedicated whale-watching experience, you'll be accompanied by an expert naturalist who will share insightful information and an educational commentary on the humpback whale's behavior and biology.

The boat is certainly a nice vessel and the crew was nice enough but disappointed that we did not see any whales. I understand that is a risk always but in talking with the service team, they hadn't seen much of anything for weeks. If you go, I wouldn't spend the money to go in mid to late March. We were there last week of March
We paid for the lunch and that was a mistake. The lunch was absolutely horrible.

Was disappointed that we didn't see any whales especially when your information says guaranteed and that I also did my homework and checked that it was whale season.

The tour service was great. One of the best activities we planned . We were warned by the tour operator that there had not been a lot of action the last few trips, but the whales must have decided that they wanted to show off that morning as it was none stop sitings from just simple blow holes, to showing their tails to a full breach! We loved it. Would definately recommend this tour.

We wanted to whale watch and we were not disappointed! We saw a mother whale and her calf, and since, according to the boat's whale expert, a calf surfaces to breath much more frequently than an adult whale, we saw them quite often during our two-hour tour. The ship's whale expert was very informative. We didn't opt for the lunch, so no comment there.

The tour was 30 minutes late leaving and we didn't see any whales!

We were sad when we didn't see any whales, but were given a voucher to make another cruise. We were not disappointed on the 2nd trip out. So exciting. We saw a whale breech in front of our boat.

Great tour! Naturalist were hard to hear over loud speakers as it was a very windy day on the water, and we saw whales!

Tour was 2 hours long and we saw a few whales, including one that spy hopped. Since Hawaiian law requires boat to keep 100 yards away from the whales, bring your telephoto and binoculars. Also, bring heavy coats since it is windy out there.

Tons of whales and awesome experience overall.

A little too early in the season to see whales. Did see a couple who stayed mostly under water. Crew was helpful and liked the steadiness of the ship.
