Not what I expected. Did have the right number of leis. No girls to present them, just some dude in a tour shirt. The guy did go back and get another one for us, and he was nice and the leis were beautiful, otherwise they would have got 1 star.

The gentleman that delivered our lei greeting was SUPER nice and very friendly. He made sure we didn’t need anything else before he left. It was so nice to see a smiling face after you get off a 6+ hour plane ride. I would highly recommend!!!!

They were there on time and handed over the lei but that was it just handed it over
The lady did help with luggage and show us to our bus which was great but it would just have been nice to have made something of the lei
This had been intended to be a lovely welcome and my daughter had really hoped for a flower lei
A couple of minutes saying welcome explaining the lei sayin the do not take off in front of giver, return to earth etc make all the difference -
What a joke. Arrived to find a guy standing at the back talking to a friend, we went over to him he put a lei around our neck, said welcome and sent us to another man around the corner and proceeded to talk to his friend. When we found the other man he told us that as we were not on his transfer list to go that way and find a taxi or shuttle. Not a help at all. No service at all. Don't bother with this, I bought it for my husbands birthday to make it special and wasted my money .

We are getting our bags no Lei just getting ready to leave the area and someone said oh are you Sandie yes he runs over to a bag pulls the lei out and said Ahola it was so not worth it. Make you feel like well here you go would never spend money on this again. Better to stop at a store and get them. Very POOR

A random person handing me a lei and saying sign here...was very upsetting as a first impression for my husband. expected a little more ceremony and chit chat
