You’ll be picked-up by a friendly, professional representative at your hotel and then hop in your comfortable 12-person Mercedes shuttle and relax on the drive to the airport.
When making a booking for this shared departure transfer, you will need to advise your flight details and your hotel details. Your transfer will be confirmed immediately , and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. It's that easy!

We had a very professional and courteous driver. The van was newer and very clean - good value.

I chose to use this site to reserve a shuttle to the airport because it had good reviews and I have had bad experiences with shuttles in Honolulu in the past. I did not realize this was just a broker site and they assign you to various shuttle services. So we were assigned to Speedy Shuttle- a terrible service anywhere we have ever used it. By the time I realized we were not using a transportation service but rather a broker, I had already paid. Anyway- speedy shuttle is the WORST. This trip they scheduled our pick up for 9PM rather than 9AM - I confirmed with Speedy that I had entered my flight time correctly 11:51 AM- said it was their mistake but that their schedule was booked and we had to take an early rideso rather than having the leisurely breakfast at the resort as planned- we had breakfast at the airport. Not a huge deal but another example of speedy shuttle's poor service.

It was all right but the driver drive too fast !!

Shuttle went to wrong hotel to pick us up. After waiting 15 mins from our scheduled pick up time , I called the shuttle service and I was told the shuttle was 2 mins away. We waited another 10 minutes and the driver informed us he had been waiting for us at a different hotel. Then he forgot he was to pick up another person and we had to turn around and go back for that transfer. Arrived at the airport an hour later and had little time to spare. Would NEVER use this shuttle service!

Had to wait for quite awhile for the van to show up but did get to the airport okay.

This was an excellent value. The driver was at the ship awaiting our arrival, and the ride was clean, safe and efficient. I'd highly recommend that anyone needing to get from the ship to the airport to book this.

Just used for transfer from airport to hotel and back the next day. Shuttle picked us up on time with plenty of time to get to the airport. Staff friendly.

Fabulous, we were picked up at the baggage claim and assisted throughout the journey , on return I was concerned but hey there was absolutely no need to worry. Professional, courteous and helpful service would definitely recommend them to anyone who was looking for transport .

When we arrived at airport, they changed our flight to an earlier departure. We were expedited, so did not get an opportunity to contact Speedi shuttle. Arriving at Honolulu, Speedi shuttle was not there. Some other shuttle driver said that Speedi shuttle went out of business and no longer had rights to the airport. He stated that he would take us for 40. I called Speedi shuttle and they sent a shuttle. Both of the shuttles I arranged for were excellent.

Great shuttle service. The shuttle was a few minutes late because it was a busy day, but we made arrangements in plenty of time, so there were no worries. Our driver was so helpful and pleasant! Highly recommend!
