Make your way to Pier 15 at the South Street Seaport, and board the cruise an hour before departure. As the boat slips away from the dock, enjoy views of the Manhattan skyline and get ready for a sensational 4th of July fireworks display over the East River and New York Harbor.While an attentive crew passes around appetizers like mini hotdogs and corn fritters, sip unlimited drinks from the open bar, along with nonalcoholic beverages such as soda, juice, coffee and tea. Then enjoy a bounty of freshly prepared, seasonal picnic-style dishes from the dinner buffet. Choose from a selection of classic summertime fare like barbecue ribs, pulled-pork sliders, potato salad and slaw (see sample menu below).Then take a seat to marvel at the fireworks lighting up the sky over Lady Liberty.
