Private New York shopping and fashion history tours include a custom tour itinerary, choice of transportation method, optional hotel pickup (in Manhattan only), post-tour restaurant and theatre recommendations, and the services of a professional designer/stylist and licensed NYC Sightseeing Guide. Choose from one of our suggested private tour itineraries, or mix and match elements of various tours to create a one-of-a-kind experience for your group.
Private tour options include: Women's Shopping (clothing and accessories for sizes 14+), Upper West Side Boutiques (unique shops and boutiques in one of the city's most fashionable neighborhoods), SoHo Shopping (trendy boutiques and high-end designer labels in downtown Manhattan; SoHo history also available), Makeup & Accessories (jewelry, sunglasses, handbags, makeup, and more), Vintage Clothing (vintage clothing and accessory shops), Tween Shopping (stores catering to girls ages 8-13), Children's Clothing (children's clothing, accessories, shoes, toys, and treats), Resale & Consignment Shopping (gently used designer clothing at a fraction of the retail price), Fifth Avenue History (evolution of fashion on Fifth Avenue, from garment manufacturing to great department stores), or Neighborhood Shopping (customer's choice of neighborhood--choose one specific area, or combine aspects of various tours). Custom shopping tours of Brooklyn and Queens are also available upon request.
Please note that all guides are also designers who are actively working in the fashion and/or entertainment industries. For this reason, all dates and times may not be available for private tours. (Factors like holidays, parades, and store hours may also dictate the timing of a specific tour.) Once we've received your booking, we will review your request and confirm the details. If the selected date or time is unavailable, we will suggest an alternate time slot for your private tour.
