Your adventure begins at the Downtown Heliport at Pier 6 when you board a luxury helicopter for a 12-15-minute helicopter flight. Your helicopter flight takes place either in the morning or evening, offering you views of the magnificent New York skyline.
Listen to your friendly pilot share fascinating facts and anecdotes as you spot some of the city's most famous sights. Der Helikopterflug dauerte keine 12 Minuten, wie angegeben. Im Helikopter waren insgesamt 12 Personen. Wir 4 Personen hatten die hintersten Pl tze und die Aussicht war dementsprechend schlecht, vor allem f□r die beiden, die in der Mitte sassen. Meine Kopfh rer funktionierten nicht, aber w hrend des Fluges konnte ich niemanden darauf aufmerksam machen. Als ich es nach dem Flug sagte, gab es keine Entschuldigung, nichts, nur ein Kopfnicken. Nach dem Flug wollten wir wissen, wo unser Boot startet. Sehr unmotiviert wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass es weiter vorne sei.
Am Boot wurden wir vorgerufen, da wir VIP Tickets hatten, jedoch stiegen alle G ste gleichzeitig ein. Das Getr nk musste man sich selbst holen und die Mitarbeiterin musste telefonisch nachfragen, was es f□r den Gutschein f□r ein Getr nk gibt.
Alles in allem ein entt uschendes Erlebnis, vor allem f□r diesen Preis. -

Brilliant morning. Very professional and we ended up with longer as weight distribution amongst other flyers meant changes had to be made. The views were outstanding and the pilot very knowledgeable. The boat tour was great too and we got some stunning pictures from both experiences. Highly recommended.

Great! However the booking reservation gave the time of closing not when we should be at the heli pad. Loved the experience but would not recommend using Viator for any future travels. They messed up on timing on other parts of our travel also. In fact a lady who couldn't speak English booked through Viator at the heli port and it told her to be there by 5pm and the helicopter company she was booked for closed at 3pm.

The helicopter part is awesome, and the water taxi ride afterwards is fun too. I'm taking one star off because of the almost hour wait between the helicopter and the water taxi it was freezing outside, and the fact that's it is a water taxi, not a cruise ship/boat that the title implies. Still highly recommended.

What an experience! I have visited New York a few times now and the one thing I had not done was view New York by air. This was a gift for my Mother's 60th birthday and the memories will last a lifetime. The staff on the ground were fantastic and welcoming, the pilot informative and the flight itself was out of this world. I would strongly recommend this trip to anyone looking and would suggest that if you feel you want to do it then just go ahead. You will not regret the decision. The cruise was packed full of information and a nice end to the trip.

Hi! First the time was changed on me for helicopter tour, the staff at the helicopter operator are rude, no hello, thank you, just a attitude of people who are bored and would rather be somewhere else! The door staff are even worse, one guy was ok and seem to be the oldest, the last at the door would just say hey hey where's your ticket, who are you flying with, then turn to another guy, have you seen him
I was told the boat part of the trip leaves at 7pm, so I arrived at 6.30pm. Well it leaves at 7.30pm and it is pretty cold down at those docks, the trip was under a hour, the boat was late and then the compair stands at the ramp at the end shaking a tips jar.
It was great seeing New York from the air but, if you want to do this tour just do the helicopter part and get ready for rude staff, who look at their phones and messages more than anything else, the pilot was great but, the rest was extremely disappointing, because of the time change I had to wait 5 hours until the boat tour, I would suggest just the heli part but, even with that and how quick it goes, I feel the price doesn't match the experience! Buyer beware!
