Lots of walking! Great tour guide Kevin during the One World Observatory and Mike during Statue of Liberty tour. Both explained where we were going next, what to expect, asked frequently if anyone had any questions, offered option of stairs or elevator where available. Ear buds for each of us to plug into speakers so all could clearly hear the guide's narrative. My family really enjoyed these tours.

This was an awesome journey into the history of the country. Kevin, the tour guide was so well read, researched and informed on the history, he had all answers to questions on various elements of history, politics and even economics.
It was a well spent full day with Kevin and no amount of words would express our satisfaction with the Tour.

Kevin our guide was brilliant. He was very knowledgeable and we had plenty of time to visit each of the attractions on the tour. He took the time to take photos of us all at various points and had a great sense of humor, especially when dealing with the public not on our tour getting in the way of our photo sessions :- Our afternoon walk with him around the surrounding areas of ground zero and ground zero itself was very emotional and the visit to the One World Observatory finished our day nicely. We are so pleased we chose to include all of this in our trip and thank Kevin for a very memorable day.

Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island guided tour was entertaining and informative. One World was impressive and 9/11 tour was clearling showing how sad and heartbreaking this whole tragedy was.

We learned a lot that we would have never learned about the city had we not booked this tour. Our tour guide was amazing! We plan to go again in 2017.

This was the highlight of our four day trip. It was the right mix of indoor and outdoor sightseeing so don't be afraid to book this trip in extreme cold or heat. Our tour guide Mike was AWESOME. He wore a microphone and we wore headsets so we could wander around looking at stuff and didn't have to stay right under him to hear about the sights. He went above and beyond for us, was very patient and even laid on the ground on his back to take small group photos with the Statue of Liberty in the background. See my picture below!

Excellent full day tour, our guide Derek was brilliant so knowledgeable about the whole of New York. This should not be missed.

Very organized. You will see more, and still have time to make great pictures. They know right spots and all best views and places.
I recommend to bring your own headset. -
Sal as fantastic. Very knowledgeable. We enjoyed learning all kinds of fun facts about Lady Liberty, Ellis Island, and the financial district. I'd highly recommend. Be sure to wear comfy walking shoes - you'lol be putting some miles on them!
