Show your paper or mobile voucher to a member of the Big Bus staff at any of the stops along your route and hop aboard for your tour of the city. Relax on your open-top, double-decker bus as you cruise the streets of Manhattan on either the Uptown, Downtown or Midtown Loop, and listen to your passionate guide share facts and anecdotes about the city's history and celebrated landmarks. Take your fill of share-worthy photos of well-known sights and neighborhoods including Times Square, the Empire State Building, Greenwich Village, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Little Italy and Central Park.
Remain on the bus for each 2-hour loop, or hop on and off at the stops to explore attractions and neighborhoods at your own pace. End your tour in the evening at any stop along either route.

Best way to see the city without walking! Highly reccomemd for all ages. If weather is great make sure to get a seat on top.

Good way to see New York and it's attractions especially if you are short on time. The quality of information given by the tour guides was mainly very good but one was not up to the level of the others. Apart from that particular guide, the others were extremely informative without duplicating each other.

Lady-friend and I visited NYC to celebrate her B-Day .. her first visit, been there many times .. loved the tour, especially Sherwood The Guide .. so informative, so much personality .. this tour is highly recommended !!!

We always start off any first visit with an open top bus tour. This was comprehensive and so convenient. We took the option for a night time tour and were not disappointed. Would strongly reccommend!!

Receipt says night tour starts from 7-9 pm every 30 mins. Arrived at 8:03 pm. Was told that was the last bus. The night tour was the only reason I spent the money for the deluxe pkg.

Bought the 2 day pass with the boat tour and night tour. Did not tell us there was only 1 time for boat tour so we missed that and 2 of the 4 guides were terrible. Guide on night tour was rude. Did not use at all on second day as had trouble finding stops.

Tickets were advertised to be used at any bus’ hop on/off stop but I was sent a few blocks away to find a rep to scan my voucher and print the tickets. He couldn’t do so and I was sent to their main office on TS. I lost an hour running around NYC to get the tickets finally printed. Alive guide was a nice feature but he was present only on the rooftop level. Passengers downstairs couldn’t hear the announcement of the following stop#. We had no idea that if we hop on a Blue line/route Big Bus, we won’t get back to the initial stop. Suddenly, Blue Line/route (Uptown) switched to Red Line (Downtown) and we ended up walking almost an hour to return to the desired stop. I guess you can benefit from the Big Bus Tour if you have only a day and want to “see” most of NYC through a bus’ window. Still $60-100 per person could be better spent on Uber rides and lobster rolls.

This is a wonderful way to move around New York and see all the sights. Highly enjoyed. This was my first time to New York. It will not be my last! Loved it!

The Big Bus Hop-on Hop-off tour was a great way to get around the city. The tour guides were awesome and gave us plenty of tips for enjoying the city.
