Take the Greenwich Village Food Tour NYC and you’ll taste the real New York, having a full lunch from four of the best shops and restaurants in this very popular neighborhood. Beautiful tree-lined streets and many small neighborhood parks, giving visitors much more of a residential feel than other Manhattan areas.
Lunch starts with cupcakes at Magnolia Bakery made famous from Sex and the City, next is a freshly-made bagel with cream cheese, followed by an Indian vegetable roll . Then we’ll have the best thin-crust pizza with fresh mozzarella and tomato sauce from Joe’s Pizzeria. Be on the look-out for celebrities in Greenwich Village, home to Jennifer Aniston, Sarah Jessica Parker, Julianne Moore and Courtney Love.
All foods are included in the Greenwich Village food tour. We’ll visit Washington Square Park, New York University, and bohemian coffee houses on Bleecker Street. This tour is 2 hours. Wonderful fun tour! Our tour guide, Bruce was so informative and personable. We learned about Greenwich Village architecture and rents, and about local famous people. Loved the foods as well. Will highly recommend this tour to visitors.

Our tour guide Bruce was friendly and informative, but was a bit disappointed with the food part of the tour, standing outside on busy pavements on a sunny sunday afternoon eating wasn't what I expected.
Starting off with a cupcake then moving on to a bagel,then a Indian samosa why? not what I'd have associated with Greenwich village, outside what I can only describe as a grotty closed Indian restaurant then pizza. I'd much rather have walked around Greenwich village at my own leisure and eaten at one of the many bars and restaurants and took in the atmosphere.
