    Do not use, AWFUL! I booked this as a surprise for my daughter as it was our first time in New York. The driver did not meet us in the arrivals hall at the time that was stated, when he failed to appear after a further 15 minutes I called the office who appeared to have no idea about our booking, despite me confirming the booking days before. After a further 45 minutes of stress and tears and still no driver, I decided that we would have to get into the city another way, so I paid 70 for an airport transfer. I then received a text 'plz call me', this was our driver who said he was nearly outside. Upon meeting our driver he was abusive, he said he had been waiting 2 hours for us which was not true as we had only been there just over an hour. He was not curtious towards us and we felt completely unwelcome. He then proceeded to shout and swear at other drivers as we made our way into the city. We were utterly disappointed with what was meant to be a pleasant and special experience of our first time in New York. Do not use if you want a pleasant stress free journey into the city, I advise that you get an airport transfer. Very disappointed with Viator, we also had another trip booked with the company which also went wrong due to their mistake! AVOID!

    First class. We had a few potential flight problems but our driver was at the airport for our arrival and it was a real treat to drive into Manhattan. Would recommend 100.

    Not the best transfer ever - to be fair our flight was an hour late and the driver did hang about and find us when we arrived and the car was fine a big SUV truck type vehicle, BUT the driver did spent a large part of the journey either on the phone talking in Arabic or texting while he was driving not recommended in a tunnel with traffic coming the other way he said he had some family issues but to be honest that isn't an excuse.
    Wont be booking this again.... taxi is cheaper and not any less hassle.

    Very disappointed. Spent a lot of money purchasing this Limo trip to make the start of my Daughter's Honeymoon very special. The driver made no effort to converse with them spending the entire transfer on his phone. We expected something more for the money paid ie, an introduction to New York and perhaps a glass of wine or champagne apart from a couple of small bottles of water provided. We know the description was just for a Limo transfer but considering the price it shouldn't have been a disappointment and it was certainly not worth the money and would not be recommending this service to any one else when visiting New York. It is the little touches that make this and experience not just a ride to a hotel.

    Again the transfer company kept me informed of drivers name who would be waiting for us at the airport and updated with any changes. Driver was waiting in arrivals and was pleasant. Would definitely book again.
