The guide was pleasant and knowledgable, and we learned much, compared to walking around on our own. It was well worth the money spent. Being both in and outside added to the favorable impressions. Next year we'll see the museum and perhaps observation tower.

This was an amazing and humbling tour to be part of. Our tour guide was ve4ry knowledgeable about the tour and knew the facts, he wasn't reading from a script. Learning about the entire area, things i wouldn't have if i just went to the site of the towers was mind boggling. I would definitely recommend this tour.

I chose the Ground Zero Walking Tour along with the 9/11 Museum Visit. I chose the time of 3:00 to start the tour.Bad decision
The person who lead the Ground Zero walking tour did show up on time, as indicated. However, he was so detailed that when we got to the Museum tour, the last guided tour had already started and they would not let us join the last tour. We walked around without details of what we were looking at. That was very disappointing. I know your company had no control of this situation, however, I thought you should know and perhaps have the museum eliminate the Optional Museum tour, or explain, there may not be a guide available at that time. -
I'm sure the tour itself is very good but we didn't get to go on it!? We arrived ok we were about 1 min late but the tour guide didn't even acknowledge us, we stood there for about 5 to 10 mins while he talked about the bell at the church to others then walked off so we just abandoned the idea and did our own thing! Shame but we felt we were ignored because we were a minute late.

Derek was our guide, who provided transistors/earbuds to hear his narration during the tour. Excellent!

Highly recommend this tour! It was a two hour walking tour and the time flew by. The insights our tour guide gave and the perspective on the rebuilding would have been missed. He also provided background on the response efforts from that day. And he addressed our 2 teenagers so they felt included.

Derek was fabulous, he was very informative. I certainly felt we got an insider scoop and he was incredibly knowledgeable. Highly recommend this walking tour - if you have visited this site prior, you will learn and see things you didn't even know where there such as a few private memorials and their significance. WOW WOW WOW a must if you go to New York.
