Meet your guide outside of St Paul’s Chapel in Lower Manhattan to begin your walking tour of 9/11 sites. In the aftermath of the September 11 attacks on the World Trade Center, New York City's oldest standing church served as a respite for rescue workers and a place of prayer and support for residents who gathered for news of loved ones.
Take a look at personal memorabilia and photographs that still hang inside the church, and then follow your guide to the National September 11 Memorial. See landmarks such as Brookfield Place (aka the World Financial Center), and gain a deeper understanding of the horrific events as you listen to firsthand stories from your guide.
Visit the Fireman's Memorial, and explore the site where the World Trade Center once stood. At the 9/11 Memorial's twin reflecting pools, built in the footprints of the former Twin Towers, you’ll find the names of nearly 3,000 victims of the attacks inscribed in surrounding panels.
The guided portion of your tour ends at the memorial. If you've selected the upgrade, make your own way to the One World Observatory, which opened in 2015 at the top of One World Trade Center.
One World Observatory admission:With a pre-reserved ticket, you won’t have to wait in line, so head straight up to the One World Observatory. Board a Sky Pod elevator to ascend 102 floors in less than 60 seconds, and watch a brief video that dramatically reveals New York City in three dimensions. On the 100th floor, look out panoramic windows from a height of 1,250 feet (365 meters), and step into the Sky Portal, a 14-foot-wide (4-meter) disc in the floor that showcases city streets below in live HD. Then experience City Pulse, an interactive ‘concierge’ that shares stories of the city, its landmarks and neighborhoods via state-of-the-art technology.
On the 101st floor you'll find a bar, cafe and fine dining. You may stay at the observatory for as long as you'd like to soak up the 360-degree views of the Big Apple.行程概要出發地點

Our guide, Peter, had some amazing knowledge of the event as it was so dear to his heart. His personal experience on the day in question was sobering to hear but it ultimately made for some great storytelling.

This was a great walking tour of the area at ground zero. Peter did a very good job of explaining the event and the buildings involved in the immediate area. You could do this tour on your own, but you would not have much of the details provided by the tour guide. The end of the tour put us on top of the World Observatory for an awesome view of Manhattan. Weather was not good, so will not post any pictures as they were marginal at best. Can't beat this on a clear day!

Although tragic without doubt the tour was awesome made even more so by the tour guide who shared her personal experience of being at school when this unspeakable event happened. Very very moving.

Our tour guide Peter was excellent he gave us lots of information in a respectful manner with a touch of humour. We were in New York for one day and this was the only tour we did and I can highly recommend it. We had a drink at the top of the tower with amazing views over the Big Apple

Allison was a great guide. Very informative. It was a moving experience. The view from One World Observatory was incredible. I ate lunch at the restaurant, which was delicious, and enjoyed the view tremendously.

There is a big problem here. Even though the title clearly reads 9/11 Memorial and Ground Zero Walking Tour with One World Entrance, it does not include the memorial. It is only a walking tour. We had to buy tickets and enter the memorial as a different venue.

We had a terrific guide on this trip - he really knew the history and area. Very moving to see this in person and if you had been in the original buildings sometime before 9/11 there was an eerie feeling to see this place again. Recommend the zone World Observatory as you do get to jump the line - it is a long line - and get right into the elevator to 5he top. Great views of the city on our visit, well worth seeing. - we had lunch there - not great food but you get a private restroom that the masses are not get g.

Despite the appalling weather that day, we had a blizzard, the tour was excellant and the guide full of interesting but not boring information. The trip up the One world observatory was rearranged due to the weather but when we did go we observed sunset over New York amazing

It wasn't as good as the previous tour we went on a few years ago. She totally missed out the church! Also, as the guide was only 9 years old at the time of 9/11, so it was stretching it a bit to claim she had some special insight, apart from just happening to not be able to go to school for a week or two - no doubt like 1,000s of other kids at the time. We didn't learn anything new.
