Start in Battery Park, by Castle Clinton National Monument at the southern-most tip of Manhattan. From there, explore Manhattan's financial district, seeing all of the monuments dedicated to this exciting period in New York's history. Then hit Wall Street, where you may find that the things you thought were very "New York" were actually very Dutch!
