This is slightly cheaper than purchasing on the day. However, you still need to line up. The average wait was 3 hours. I think the idea with booking ahead and paying in advance is so that you are organised and are able to access the activity in a reasonable timeframe. I was disappointed that I had to line up for so long. The location is beautiful. There was a considerable number of people on the ice, to be expected that time of the year. However, it was actually difficult to skate as it was far too crowded. Numbers weren't controlled. The skates were very old and very uncomfortable. Overall a disappointing experience.

Really good although very crowded on Christmas Day (what do you expect). A bit chaotic trying to find a locker but well worth it.

I booked this for my daughter's birthday party and since we had a full day of events for her and friends, this worked out great that they can get to skating quickly without waiting in line and includes skate rental as well. warm weather not crowded it was the perfect day!
