Driver was excellent, dispatch was not. I confirmed several times that we were going to be picked up at the loading area back of hotel on 58th street but the driver was waiting in front of the hotel on 59th street. We almost got left behind, and if that happened we would've missed our flight. Communication needs much improvement.

We had to call them so many times to find out where our driver was! Standing in winter with a 1 year old baby waiting for a van for hours is not very pleasant. Every time we called the office, they would say 10 more minutes, and our ride was nowhere to be found. Finally we got picked up. Make sure you have several hours before your flight if you are booking this shuttle.

Was picked up at hotel at 5:20am for a 10:05am flight. I paid for private transportation and I feel I did not get it because I was put at an early pickup so van could pickup additional people for airport.

Van arrived early 20 minutes early and we weren't ready yet so driver waited however he was not happy about waiting. Van was clean and spacious and we arrived at airport on time.

Der Transport hat ganz ganz toll funktioniert. Bei der Fahrt zum JFK hat uns der Fahrer durch Ortskenntnis fast eine halbe Stunde im Stau erspart- SUPER DANKE.

  • GUSTAVO O (2018-03-26)5

    On time
