    I waited for almost an hour for the driver at the airport , even so, he asked to drop me off one block away from the hotel, and since I didnt agree, he let to drop me off after all the other passengers.

    Hesitant to use this service again. It says the maximum number of passengers is 11, but there were 14 passengers plus the driver
    packed into the shuttle. Luckily we were the first to be dropped off.

    Really easy way to get to your hotel and good value too! Driver arrived on time and was very friendly and patient with all the traffic he had to deal with getting us from Newark Airport to Manhattan during rush hour!! Will surely book with them again next time!

    I had an electronic voucher on my phone yet this was not accepted to travel on the transfer bus to NYC. I had to go to get the airlink to another terminal that had an internet cafe to print the voucher. Was not pleased after a 7 hour flight.
