Soar above the snaking Mississippi River, and peer down at the hustle of the French Quarter, seeing buildings that bear a distinctly Spanish flair. As you cruise through the air, listen to tidbits of New Orleans’ history from your pilot and learn about the city’s big-name sights.
Peer past the glossy skyscrapers of the Central Business District to the iconic Mercedes-Benz Superdome, home venue of New Orleans Saints American football team. Loop around the impressive domed stadium and have your camera ready to capture sights of the Port of New Orleans with its 2-mile (3-km) wharf.
Glide a short distance from downtown New Orleans to admire aerial views of Louisiana’s bayous the slow-moving streams of water around the Mississippi River. After seeing the county’s famous wetlands, loop back into the city and touch down at the start point where your experience finishes.

Worth every minute. It was such a great experience. I recommend taking the 45 minute tour or longer. I did they 30 minute tour because I was nervous about being in a small plane, but I wish I would have went for longer. The tour guide was awesome!

We had a really enjoyable tour, our tour guide was very informative and set me at ease as I can be a nervous flyer. Seeing New Orleans from above is worth it!

David, our pilot, was informative, interesting and instructive.
He showed us the whole of New Orleans, which was far better than any donkey ride or map. We saw the crescent, the lake, the French Quarter, points of interest... we saw everything from above !.
And everything, geographically made sense. In addition David gave us a commentary of the history of New Orleans and at the end of the flight introduced us to Lauren Broussard who gave us a tour of the art-deco terminal which is worth a visit in its own right. Will we be back again ? ...Oh yes !!!
