Very nice drivers and excellent driving and service!
-
It was fine. The driver was nice and informative. However, getting the tickets is a bit complicated and the Viator instructions on the voucher are not clear at all. 1st you have to buy the voucher from Viator. 2nd you need to call the actual transportation company to RE-CONFIRM the reservation 48 hours in advance thats a long distance call. 3rd you need to present yourself with the vouchers at the companys airport desk to pick-up tickets and 4th go wait outside in line for the shuttle. This is one too many steps, its easier to get a taxi.

Arrived on time, very helpful with our numerous suitcases and a fuss free ride direct to our departure terminal.

Excellent service, arrived at airport went to shuttle transfer desk and was informed of where to go for the transfer to our hotel, plus they also gave me the time for my pick up from our hotel. No hassle everything went to plan. A good experience.

It was just fine
-
The transfer was easily coordinated in the baggage claim area and a bus was available for transport from the designated location for departure. This is an easy way to get to your hotel.
-
Smooth transfer, got me to the airport on time.
