We enjoyed Ottis very much. He gave us a lot of information and history for the hour tour. Looking foward to seeing the rest today.

This pass is not exactly as advertised. THERE IS NO WALKING TOUR anymore. They have replaced it with tickets for a self-guided Ryman tour. I really enjoyed the Ryman but not sure this equally replaced the walking tour. Overall though good bang for buck and had awesome trolley tour.

The trip was very informative and the guides were great! Everyone we talked to at the bus depot was polite and helpful. Andrew was a funny and knowledgeable trolley tour guide and offered a night tour as well. Casey was a great walking tour guide. The Country Music Hall of Fame was nice. We had a great time and would recommend it to all of our friends traveling to Nashville. It took away a lot of stress since we had two days to complete everything at our own pace. It definitely saved us a lot of money!

I can't say I was "impressed" by this tour, however, you get what you paid for. We had originally planned on doing the walking tour in the morning, followed by the trolley tour in the afternoon, but the walking tour guide was a no show, so we had to rearrange our schedule. The trolley was worth the once around loop and our driver was fun and upbeat. We had unfortunate freezing weather while we were there, so we would have hopped off if it was a little nicer out. When we finally did the walking tour, we were the only two, which I was excited about since I could ask question and hear everything our guide had to say. The first half we loved but I can't say the same about the second half. We really enjoy learning about the history of the Nashville; Native Americans, Civil War, Outlaws, Honky-Tonks but once we got to the Ryman Theater our guide spent 30 mins just talking about Taylor Swift. Don't get me wrong, I love country music, but after learning about the history of the Ryman and a brief overview of the Grand Ole Opry, the tour could have ended there. Other people might absolutely love this, just wasn't our cup of tea.

The tour was great. However, the place to get on the tour had been moved to another location and we were not notified in advance. No apologies were made for having us have to walk several blocks out of the way each way. I thought the customer service could have been improved.

Very informative 2day tour. I love the hop on hop off because you can explore the many sites at your leisure. Love downtown Nashville! Highly recommend.

The tour was interesting and informative. The trolley driver very entertaining. Loved walking through the Country Music Hall of Fame and remembering all the stars and their music. There were 4 of us and most thought the Ryman (walking portion) tour was a little long. The biggest complaint was the customer service we received trying to find the location of the ticket area. We purchased the tour online and printed the voucher. I called the morning of the tour to find out were the tickets could be picked up. Was told to go to the station on 2nd street a pretty long walk from where we were at the time. When we got there it was not accessible due to a special event and I called again and was told to go to another location which was very close to where we were in the first place. We are 68 and 70 years old-a lot of walking-good thing we are all in good health. We were disappointed in the lack of communication within the company.
