It was a good time. The driver was excellent (minus the multiple mentions of Trump and the wines he liked) and I felt he did a great job of giving a tour of the area while we drove. He pointed out several vineyards and what they were known for. Lunch was the quickest hour ever (the only part that did not excite me) and we did not get time to walk around and shop. (and the driver actually gave us extra time). I've done several wine tours and while this one was not the best from an education stand point, it was still fun.

Clean and convenient bus ride to Napa area. Visited three different types of wineries. Would have liked a little food at each spot to create more atmosphere. The bus driver TALKED the entire time. Too much. Just started to get annoying.

This tour was great. As a beginner it gave us the opportunity to explore the sights and wineries of Wine Country all whole relaxing on a luxury bus. Patrick our guide was wonderful! He provided wonderful commentary on sights and history and his food recommendations in the square were spot on. Plus I loved the fact that we were picked up and dropped off right at our hotel door.

On time bus arrival, bus in excellent condition, Well thought out agenda from an experienced organization. Like most successful operations, however, it is people that make it a success. Tour guide/driver Willie is an affable, genuine human being who enjoys what he is doing. You cant hide that trait. His knowledge of the area, his willingness to impart a learned opinion and his ability to transmit personality during a full day experience cannot be understated. Very good tour!!!

An amazing day! Our tour guide was clearly very passionate about wine and made the day very enjoyable with his humour and knowledge of the Napa and Sonoma. Provided recommendations on places to eat throughout our stops as well as other tips for San Fran itself. Would do this tour over and over again

I booked this last minute literally at 7:30 am via Viator website. I was pretty impressed that I got a call right away from Tower Tours saying someone was going to pick me up at my lobby in 10 minutes.
The tour was a small group of 12 people in a comfortable van bus with big windows. Our driver Patrick was not only a real gentleman but very informative without over doing it.
We visited three wineries, Madonna, Sutter and Sebastiani. Madonna is artisanal and poured liberally. Sutter was ok, nothing special but the grounds were nice to walk in. Sebastiani gave us a little more insight into their winemaking process and had a nice indoor barrel setting.
We didn't see any actual vineyards and wished I had seen lessor know wines I can't get back in Montreal.
The lunch stop in Sonoma Square gave us copious time to eat and check out some sights. While there I had a great artisanal cheese and wine tasting at La Bodega Cheese Shop then an awsome lunch at The Girl and the Fig.
Left hotel at 7 and was back at 6.

This tour was amazing. Our Bus Driver/Tour Guide was excellent, Danillo from Honduras. He was very informative throughout the whole tour. We enjoyed all the wineries except for the Mario Andretti Winery. Our favorite was Cline Winery. Our stop for lunch was perfect with different selections of places to eat. I would highly recommend this tour.

This tour was very well organized and coordinated. The shuttle picked us up at our hotel and took us to the meeting point by the bay. Once we boarded the tour bus Silvio, our tour guide provided us with very good information of areas we toured. It was a long day, therefore, I recommend wearing comfortable shoes as you get on and off the bus to visit the different wineries. There is opportunity for wine tasting, a little shopping and taking pictures. We really enjoyed this trip! Highly recommend this trip to anyone visiting Napa and Sonoma for the first time!

I was in San Fran for work for the week and my mom came to visit for the latter part of my trip. She was celebrating her birthday and I decided to gift this tour to her. Everything about it was flawless to the pick up a block away from our hotel till our drop off. The driver was excellent and extremely knowledgeable about the Sonoma/Napa area. You would really tell that he loved his job... like really loved it! I think his name was Willie ... he was an older black man We visited three wineries Sutter Home, Andretti, cant remember third all were different and beautiful. We had ample time to shop and sample at each winery. We made a stop for lunch in the cutest little town. Food was reasonably priced at the Italian restaurant that we ate at. The bus was nice, clean, and comfortable.
I would recommend this trip to anyone looking for a day trip to the wine region!

We enjoyed the ride in the air conditioned bus in the 90 heat. The driver was great, very informative. This was a great overview of both Napa and Sonoma.
