A fantastic day trip, with a stop in Monterey, followed by drive to Pebble Beach which if you're in to Golf it's superb, then on to Carmel by the Sea which is really good too.

Our driver, Tom, was an excellent guide, and gave an enthusiastic commentary throughout the day. He was so knowledgeable, and could answer any questions. We liked the depth of his stories about the places and people associated with Monterey and Carmel. He knew a lot about John Steinbeck and his characters, and brought the subject to life with his own similar experiences. He gave good advice on restaurants in Cannery Row. The tour was interesting—seeing millionaire homes on the 17 Mile Ride, seeing chipmunks on the beach, then the scenic drive home. Excellent.

Fisrt, the wifi didn't work, not for a single minute.
For me the timings in each place are way out of what they should be. Monterrey has not much to offer if you're not visiting the aquarium, as I understand some people want to visit it, 1.30h it's more than enough. We were there for 2.15h. Pacific Grove looked lovely and we didn't even stop. Also the 17-mile drive was way too fast. We were in peble beach golf club for 40min and in the bird rock 10 minutes. Not my favorite part. Also I understand that buses can only be in Carmel for 1h but that's not enough time. It would be better if the driver left and came to pick us up later.
Vlad our driver was saying all the time that he was doing certain things only for us so tjat he could get tipped higher. When the tour was exactly as it was announced. -

Our tour guide was delightful and friendly. Maybe just a little less talk so we can just enjoy scenery? In town going out of town talking is fine. Also, the Otter feeding time at the Monterrey Bay Aquarium is right at 1:30 and we don't get there in time for the 1030 feeding so if you could make the bus rendezvous 1:45 that would be perfect. We went to that aquarium specifically for the otters. The Gilroy garlic stop was also lots of fun. Thanks.

The bus driver/tour guide was wonderful. Great commentary and very safe driving. He made it enjoyable for everyone. The only problem was the bus. There was a screeching sound which seem to happen when bus excelerated. Did not seem safe. Gray Line needs to invest in new buses or do better maintenance of their fleet.

Upon arriving to the kissing rocks, Randy the driver told us to get down to take a picture of the kissing rocks. I took a total of four pictures just a few feet away from the bus. When I turned around to take the bus, it was already left, I could see it in the distance. It was a terrifying unpleasant experience as my medications and sweaters were in the bus and I was sitting just behind the driver. No way he could not know I was outside taking the pictures he suggested. What kind of service is this where the driver leaves you behind in such a careless way?

I took my niece and nephew from Australia, both teenagers, and we all agreed the views, and information given throughout the tour by our guide Julio was very good.

We had a great time on this tour, it was really fun. It was on schedule all day. Had fun at every stop enjoying the views, shops, and restaurants. Our tour guide, Don, was very knowledgeable about the area and kind. If you have the opportunity, I would highly recommend this tour. Had a blast!

Very good guided tour without any hassles and the driver was kind enough to drop us at our hotel, in a different city
