TERRIBLE, the Driver was an A#$^hole! The tour guide HAD 0 personality. They were not friendly at all. I wish I would have booked with someone else, this was literally the worse excursion I've ever been on. I'm a travel agent and I'd NEVER EVER recommend this to any of my clients.

This company was really not friendly and rude. They said they would stop at McDonalds and did not. They where very unorganized. And they said no eating on bus when you on there 8-10 hours.

Really enjoyed our day tour to Key West is a fantastic place to visit. Tour pick up was on time and got dropped off back at our hotel. The information we were given was great.

We are so glad that we did not have to drive this long trip ourselves. We were able to relax and enjoy the ride while viewing the scenery. the trolley really helped us get around town. would have enjoyed a few more hours as the time flies by so fast.

The first thing to note is that this is a very, very long day. We were picked up from our South Beach hotel at 6.30 am and didn't actually leave Miami until after 7.30 am, due to picking up others from other hotels and then having to change to another bus, which already had passengers on board. The second bus was easily the most uncomfortable bus I have ever ridden in, due to the fact that so many seats were packed into the space. My knees were pressed up against the seat in front, and I am only 5' 6, so I wonder how taller people managed. This is the bus that we spent 7 hours in, so it was not much fun. The tour guide and the driver were both bilingual, so all announcements were in English and Spanish. We had a stop on the way for breakfast at McDonald's, which was much appreciated, due to the early start, but we had to slam the food in, as we only got 20 minutes.
The driver was great, and the tour guide was also good, although quite brusque in her manner. We very much enjoyed our day in Key West and took the Trolley Bus option, which was a fantastic way to see all the sights. The driver of that bus was very engaging and fun. Then there was the agony of the very long drive back to Miami on the most uncomfortable bus in the world. Luckily, we were dropped back at our hotel, but some passengers got dumped on a street parallel to their hotel street, which I felt was a bit unfair.
To sum up, I realize Key West is a long way from Miami and I was glad to have seen it, but would I use this service again? Nope, not in a million years.

Bus ride was long and boring. Couldn't see anything from lower seats all top floor seats were taken when we boarded. Information given to us along the trip was insufficient tv and a hostess who yelled into the microphone and was not easily understood.
When reaching Key West, where we had chosen the snorkeling tour, we had to wait for all other activities to board their buses and then had to rush, by foot, to get to our activity. Why weren't we dropped off by bus?
Snorkel trip was great fun but the weather was windy and ruined the water activities. -
It was fun and exciting to visit Key West for the first time, and with the Day Trip you can't go wrong. We availed of the Trolley tour and it sure is one way to see the key without rushing and at the same time, getting a good information from the resident tour guide. I recommend Viator because they have a good partnership with local tour companies with great amenities/facilities eg., guide, bus, driver, etc.

Bus, driver and tour guide were fine - trip is 3 hours each way and as cramped as an economy plane flight. Key West was interesting but we found it very commercialized and a pricey crowded tourist shopping experience. Our chosen glass bottomed boat tour ate up 3 hours of our time in Key West and after our trolley tour of the area we found we had less than an hour to do anything else which precluded touring the Truman Summer White House or the Hemingway House or much of anything else so budget your excursions carefully and expect to do a fair amount of walking on bricks and semi-uneven ground. I guess our major complaint is the amount of time in Key West compared to the 6 hours in the bus and the crowds in Key West.

Very commercialized and overpriced ... They basically drop you from Miami to the Keys and bring you back ... In the keys you have to pay if you want to get on the trolley or do anything else etc... I took snorkeling with the trip, and even that, we did not see much of fish January 2018. The guide on the bus was obviously after getting you to sign up for more stuff regardless of whether you will catch up or not, he convinced me into booking a trolley trip, in addition to the snorkeling. We barely made it back from the snorkeling on time for me to catch the bus back to Miami so I asked for a refund and I got it, but this is all not cool ... Tourists come to enjoy and have a good time, not to cram everything in one trip ...So overall I am not impressed. If you want to book, just go for a ride with another company from Miami to Key west then explore key west on your own, take your time, you might want to stay overnight in key west as there is a lot to do and see ... Also, do snorkeling with another company ...

Key West itself is a great place - a must see if you are around. I loved every minutre spent there. It's a pity we only had 5 hours there THE TOUR DESCRIPTION SAYS IT'S 6 HOURS.....
This trip though.... I wouldn't really call it a trip. It's more of the bus shuttle or a transporatation service. They pick you up, take to Key West. Pick you up from Key West and take back to your hotel.
The tour guide did not provide any interesting or historical facts about Key West. There was a movie shown about the history of Key West, but it was so quite noone could really hear it. It was freezing on the bus in the morning but the guide refused to turn on the heater and said it's because it's cold outside. Tour guide's english also leaves a lot to be desired
I bought the option with the Trolley... as nice as it is it's not worth the money. As we only had 5 hours in the Key West, spending 1:30 hours on the trolley is, to my mind, a waste of time. The trolley only comes every 30 minutes and very often is full so you need to wait for the next one. I'm sure it's a nice option if you're staying in Key West for longer, but if you're only doing a one-day trip, don't bother with the trolley. To me, it was much faster and easier to walk everywhere.
