This small group eco-adventure travels off the beaten path to the wild side of Molokini. It includes an opportunity to visit one or more reefs where sea turtles are plentiful to observe these fascinating marine reptiles. This cruise is led by a team of certified Marine Naturalists and U.S. Coast Guard certified captain. It's based on our decades of marine research, including an extensive study of Molokini's fish, corals and wildlife.
This tour departs in the morning from Ma'alaea Harbor and rally doesn't have a set itinerary. Depending on conditions, they will often head first down towards La Peruse Bay in search of wild dolphins before heading to Molokini. After snorkeling this remarkable mid-ocean reef, you'll cruise around Molokini's rugged red rock back wall. If ideal conditions exist, you may have the opportunity to do a free float snorkel off of the back wall of the crater. Birdwatchers alsobe ready: you'll often sight seabirds such as wedge-tailed shearwaters and great frigatebirds that roost here!
And then you'll set off to explore, stopping to view wildlife and snorkel at one or two sea turtle habitats. Explore on your own or take part in a guided reef tour led by our knowledgeable naturalist.行程概要出發地點

It was very windy the day of our tour. We didn't make it to Molokini as the conditions were unsafe for snorkeling. The crew worked hard to find a safe place to snorkel - and found it on the Lahaina side of the island where we snorkeled over Maui's oldest reef with turtles. We then visited the site of a submerged ship and finished the day motoring out to see a humpback whale and her calf.
The crew was fantastic and made our day fun and informative. I HIGHLY recommend this tour. The small boat and crew made this the best day.
We were glad we didn't get to visit Molokini - as it means we would have missed out on the other experiences we had. Please go while you're here in Maui - a must do!
