The evening begins with appetizers and chilled cocktails, followed by crisp salads served tableside by the attentive staff. Your entree is fresh-grilled to perfection by the on-board chef and served hot to your table. Be sure to leave room for the delicious dessert, accompanied by Maui-grown coffee and tea. Live island-style music by a talented local musician adds to the fun of this 2-hour journey along Maui's coast.

Appetizer: Baked Spinach and Artichoke Dip Served with Fresh Baked Foccacia Bread
Salad: Ocean Salad featuring Blend of Ten Salad Greens Organically Grown in Haiku, Maui, plus
Fresh Upcountry Maui Vegetables and Creamy Mango-Passion Fruit Vinaigrette
Entr□es all entrees are grilled onboard by the professional chef:
-Lemon-Grass and Curry Marinated Fresh Kauai Shrimp Char-Grilled on Board and Served with Lilikoi Butter Sauce
-Teriyaki Marinated Boneless Chicken Breast Barbequed and Served with Big Island Papaya Salsa
-Chimichurri Marinated Flat Iron Steak Flame-Grilled with Wild Mushroom Demi Glaze
-Char-Grilled Honey-Miso Glazed Tofu (vegetarian) with Big Island Papaya Salsa

Please note that from May 25, 2018-July 2, 2018, we will not be able to serve alcohol on this cruise due to a change in vessels (our main vessel will be in dry dock).
*The local operator promotes responsible drinking; alcoholic drinks are limited to three per adult during our cruise. Sodas and juices are unlimited. Please bring your valid photo I.D. to show proof of age (21+) if you wish to consume alcohol.

I was very pleased with our dinner Cruise in Maui. What I found confusing was when I originally booked, I was told they were sold out
And all they had left was premium seating.
When we were seated the Captain informed us how many were aboard, he also told us it was not sold out.
To my surprise,
Is this Viators just wanting to sell premium seating, or is it the problem of the Cruise line
Will be very careful next time Im booking anything -
We loved this cruise!!! The food was awesome and the sunset was amazing!!! We went on our honeymoon and had a great time! We would highly recommend it!!

Dinner cruise was fun but we paid for a steak and shrimp dinner but got turkey,mashed potatoes and stuffing buffet.

Pretty good food/service. Drinks were plentiful. Problems - the boat needs to leave about 30 minutes earlier to get past the island that literally blocked out the sunset. Very windy on the way back.

The people that we were sat with could have been better. They needed more staff to serve the people better.

We enjoyed the cruise...what a sunset!

The food was good and the drinks were plentiful. However, the ship sailed to the south and put the next island in front of the sunset so we did not see it. We had much better views at our hotel. A more apt name would be a dusk dinner cruise.
