The trip on the boat was good. Viator instructions were horrible and we almost missed the trip and had to run over a mile to make it. Very poor experience in that regard and we will never use Viator again.

Newer boat, beautiful weather, good food, accommodating friendly crew. Very enjoyable.

It was great and we learned a lot from the crew about the many whales we saw. Would recommend this activity to friends.

This was a highlight of our trip! Most of the whales have moved on by this time of year, but we caught a solo who was ready to show off for us. Great food! Everyone was so friendly and always had a smile. Small sized boat, allowed for a much more intimate setting than others we saw. So glad we found this. Mahalo!

Need lots more pre-trip organization. Before trip they should inform you you will be boarding ship from shore so no long pants. Check in at shore was abysmal. You take off your shoes and put them in plastic buckets. Please number the buckets so you know where to look when trip is over. 45 people trying to find their shoes is a joke. Two cruises leave at same time and lots of confusion about who was on which cruise. A few signs might help. Actually a few umbrella stands might be nice as we waited for 30 minutes in the sun on the beach. Hot!! Count the folks as they get on board and check them off thus avoiding wrong folks on wrong trip and the stupid counting once on board. Trip was ok, food passable, drinks watery and soda from fountain tasted terrible.

This was one of the best activities we did while were were in Hawaii. The crew was fantastic, the boat was clean, theCaptain knew her business, the food was good, the scenery was magnificent. I would highly recommend this to anyone.
