Thank you for prompt pick up
-
The transfer driver went to wrong address so was 25mins late in picking us up. This a made us very late for check in and gave us a lot of anxiety. We did phone the office to tell them we were still waiting. To start a 20 hour return trip like this was not ideal.

Best price with transportation
-
Booking through viator was not as straight forward as using the shuttle service directly and required a call to the provider to verify the arrangements which is why I have only given this tour 4 stars. The price was considerable less through victor however, so all in all we were very pleased with the outcome. The shuttle was great. We received a text when the driver was close and were able to track the vehicle as it approached. It arrived at the time we were given by the shuttle company. Vans are clean and comfortable.

On time with quick service to airport
-
Timely and the driver was very pleasant.
-
Vans were on time, very comfortable. Used both ways from Kahalui Airport to Kaanapali. Drivers were helpful and price was excellent!
-
They were easy to find...they found us! They got us to our hotel with out a hiccup.
-
This was an excellent way to get to airport. The driver was friendly and helpful. The shuttle arrived right on time. I will definitely consider this shuttle service on my next visit to Maui
-
Got to airport in good time, comfortable transfer, driver gave a bit of 'tour' commentary on the way - nice touch. Good service, would use again.
