Day 1
Leave Los Angeles behind as you make your way across the Mojave Desert to Las Vegas where you will stop for lunch. You will continue onto St George, Utah in the evening and check into your hotel. Your Tour Director will be happy to make lunch and dinner recommendations for you.
Day 2
An early morning departure from Saint George for your journey to the Lake Powell National Recreation Area. Your guide will provide you commentary and exciting stories about the deserts, John Wayne and many other movies and televisions series that were filmed in this area. During the day, you have the option to take part in some activities including a boat tour on Lake Powell to see Rainbow Bridge. Continuing on, you will arrive at Bryce Canyon National Park and have the opportunity to walk the trails here. The views are simply stunning! You will arrive in Salt Lake City in early evening.
Day 3
Today you will be heading to the majestic Yellowstone National Park and Tetons National Park. Yellowstone National Park is the very first National Park in the world and it is also one of the finest examples of natural beauty, wildlife and history. Keep your cameras ready for this breathtaking journey and exciting adventure. You will enter the Yellowstone National Park and visit such treasures as Old Faithful Geyser, Artist Paint Pots, West Thumb and Mud Volcano. As you leave the park and travel through the Teton Mountain Range, you will see glaciers that have existed unchanged for thousands of years and the Teton peaks that are truly awe inspiring.
Day 4
Experience a few hours more in Yellowstone National Park, before departing for Jackson Hole, WY where you can experience this historic western town during your lunch stop. We will depart for Salt Lake City Utah and enjoy a comprehensive city tour.
Day 5
Depart Salt Lake City for the bright lights of Fabulous Las Vegas! Enjoy some free time in this electric city; you can opt to do a city tour at night, or just soak up the atmosphere on the Strip.
Day 6
Depart early for the Grand Canyon's West Rim. Here, you can see Eagle Point - home of the Skywalk - the glass bridge that is suspended 4,000 feet above the canyon floor, or have amazing views of the Colorado River from Guano Point. Early evening return to Las Vegas. (Please note this is an optional tour, but highly recommended)
Day 7
Early morning departure for Los Angeles. En-route you will tour the Ethel M. Chocolate Factory and the Barstow Outlet mall for excellent shopping bargains at the many name brand stores. Your tour concludes upon arrival at your Los Angeles hotel.
Optional Excursions Available: Lake Powell Boat Tour, Helicopter Tours, Grand Canyon West Ranch and Skywalk, Las Vegas Night Tour, shows and concerts. Your tour director can make all arrangements and reservations for you.
