"WOW!" will likely be your first word when you turn on your electric bike during this bicycle tour of Santa Monica and Venice Beach. With the flick of a switch, you can turn your colorful Pedego beach cruiser into a more relaxing mode of transportation. It’s an alternative biking experience that allows you to see the best of Los Angeles, where you’ll want to be outside, enjoying the sunshine and warm temperatures, not touring in a car or bus.
From the comfortable seat of your bike, you’ll ride along Santa Monica's world-famous beach to the Marion Davies Guesthouse, past the Santa Monica Pier and through Venice to its picturesque canals. While you soak up the sun, sand, surf and ocean breezes, you'll be accompanied by a story-telling guide full of interesting information about the local art, architecture and history of the area.
The bike allows you to choose traditional pedaling with six gears or using the electric motor power (with the flick of your wrist), which puts the power completely in your control. Or use a combination of both. All bikes are equipped with state-of-the-art disc brakes, lithium ion batteries and a 500-watt motor to ensure that you’ll keep up with the group. We truly enjoyed our electric bike tour along the beaches of SoCal. The tour began in Santa Monica headed north past the pier and then we turned and rose south to Venice Beach. The related movie trivia and fun facts in addition to the beautiful weather AND view made this tour a Must do/see activity!

Absolutely loved it!! This is the way to experience Santa Monica and Venice Beach just like the locals! Loved that the bike was electric!! This was an awesome experience to feel the wind, smell the ocean, and feel the heat of the sun...there are no words to describe!!! An absolute must do!!!
