    Plenty of vans waiting at the port. About a 20 minute ride.

    We arranged the shuttle service from LA Port to the LA Airport for the end of a three week cruise. We were a bit concerned as to how it would work as we had no idea on the logistics of LA. We could have booked a transfer with the cruise company but that was 120 each! as it was we paid Super Shuttle 29 for both of us! The super shuttle bus was there ready and waiting when we exited the cruise terminal and the journey was very efficient - we actually arrived before the folks that had booked the cruise transfer.
    We were really impressed with the whole experience!

    Easy convenient way to travel from the port to LAX. Plenty of Supershuttles available so no waiting. Driver was very helpful in making our trip great.

    First Viator never informed us one needed to go to Super Shuttle to schedule
    pick-up after voucher was received.

    Luckily I checked in with Super Shuttle ahead of time to confirm all was taken
    care of. Found out nothing was scheduled on there side of things.

    Our disembarking from the ship was delayed but when we finally got off and after going through immigration we found our shuttle with no problem and we filled up the shuttle and we taken immediately to the airport. Couldn't have been better.

    Service was great. We found the van right where we were told with a courteous driver who got us to the airport way early. We will use Super Shuttle again.

    Dont use Viator to book your trip! They screwed up our pickup from the airport and from the pier to the airport. The driver NEVER showed up and we were 2 hours late getting to our ship and nearly missed the departure of our cruise, When I called the numbers they gave me for Suoershuttle it kept disconnecting me. When I called Viator to see where our ride was, I was on hold for over 25 minutes each time, Ill never use this POS business again and will find different ground transport next time.
