Trip was rushed and we didn't realise that the quoted length of tour included picking up others from various hotels and dropping them off again at the end. This was very misleading. Once you take off another hour when we were dropped off at Fremont Street that didn't leave long to view the strip. Also, the only commentary the driver gave was to regail us with a story of when he was involved in a shoot out at a crossroads in Vegas - very re-assuring. As the coach had been filled to capacity this meant my husband had to be literally squashed in the middle of the back row and had no opportunity of taking photographs and I had to sit next to a stranger who had the window seat so again, I had no chance of taking photos. We only went down the strip once in one direction so I didn't even have the opportunity of possibly taking photos on the return journey. The driver drove like a maniac on the way back to the various hotels and used all the back service roads to avoid traffic but again, this meant lost photo opportunities. Very disappointing for the money paid.

I purchased same voucher coming to LA from the airport and worked perfectly. Two days after for this transfer, the company charged me additional 24 dollars on the top of the money I paid for the voucher for the transfer. When I was booking my first voucher I called Viator and was confirmed that was the right voicher for the hotel I was staying. Not sure what happens between Viator and Super shuttle, but make sure you confirm with both and record when you speak with them, because this was a total hassel. Viator did return my money I paid for the voucher thou after I complained.
