This is a typical itinerary for this product
Your day starts bright and early as you are picked up curbside at your hotel and transported to our headquarters in Boulder City, near the Hoover Dam. Here, you will check in, meet your Guide, and organize your gear for the adventure that awaits!
Duration: 20 minutes
Location: Desert Adventures - Day Tours, Boulder City, Nevada
Travel over the Hoover Dam bypass bridge to the White Rock Canyon Trailhead.
Pass By: Hoover Dam, Boulder City, Nevada
Journey down a narrow wash, as the trail meanders through slot canyons where sandstone walls reveal ancient petroglyphs. Hike near colorful wildflowers in the springtime, down to the Colorado River, where bighorn sheep gather to drink from the cool waters. Scramble over boulders and weave your way down through the tall canyon walls toward several hot spring pools.

After a picnic lunch on the beach, relax in the natural hot springs that are known for their healing properties. Lounge in the warmth of the sun while listening to the trickling stream beside you.
The springs consist of ground water that is heated at depth by contact with molten rock and moves to the surface through faults at the rate of 400 gallons per minute. The water temperature is between 85 degrees to 120 degrees Fahrenheit. It is highly mineralized containing chloride, sulphate, sodium, potassium, calcium, and fluoride.

Confirmation will be received within 48 hours of booking, subject to availability This is a moderately difficult hike Light clothing or layers is advised Closed-toe shoes are required It is advised that you bring a towel and to wear a swimsuit under your clothing as there is no place to change Hats, sunscreen, sunglasses and an extra change of clothes are suggested A minimum of 2 people per booking is required ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 48 HOURS OF TRIP. Cancellations made at least 14 days in advance will receive a full refund, minus a 6% processing fee. Cancellations made within 7-13 days will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 3-6 days will receive a 25% refund. Any changes in date, time may incur a rescheduling fee. Routes and trips are proposed and may change. We reserve the right to change routes, cancel, or reschedule trips due to weather, wind, or unsafe conditions. Desert Adventures does not cancel trips due to rain. If the trips departs as scheduled, the above cancellation policy will apply. Scott was an excellent tour guide. He was prepared with extra food, water, and other supplies we may have needed. Scott provided information about the environment and what to avoid for our safety. It is a great hike for families. However, you should be able to hike 7 miles.

Great tour - our guide Reid did a great job of selecting a route that challenged the group to stretch our boundaries, but never put anyone at risk. I learned a ton about the history and environment of the area, and had a great time doing it. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who enjoys an active day excursion

Fantastic experience! Just the right amount of challenge. Guide was delightful and stressed safety which is very important to this senior citizen. I wanted to sign to go kayaking with this company in the next 2 days, but, unfortunately no one else signed up. (: JC

It was very good. The guide we had was really nice too, he always had our safety first.

The hike was awesome. We saw mountain sheep, lizards, took a soak in the hot springs and a dip the Colorado River. Our guide Antonio was very knowledgeable and kept us safe on a trail that was definitely not for beginners. Ropes and boulders involved in certain areas added to the experience and level of difficulty.
