I really don't know why this is listed as a tour. All you get for your dollars, is a one day ticket with Big Bus Hop On/Off tours. Everything listed you get is exactly the same as the Big Bus, which I might also, add, is a bus with no air conditioning in Vegas in Summer, with temps at about 110 Degrees F.

BIG BUS had never heard of Shop and Shuttle Las Vegas and was not going to let us on the bus. We gave them all the print out vouchers and receipts that said to report to a big bus rep and get your passes for the bus. I phoned the number on the receipt and just kept getting a message. We went back to the BIG BUS rep at the circus circus location and the girl phoned her boss and he had never heard of Shop and Shuttle after about 45 minutes the boss showed up and then he had to call someone and finally they agreed to give us a pass and let us on the bus. Then we found out there are 2 different tour busses, red and blue. One goes downtown and to the shopping outlet stores which is fantastic! and the other goes to all the other stops. So to go everywhere you would have to come back to Circus Circus and wait for the other bus. We were under the impression you can hop on and off the buss at all the locations and it was difficult with 2 different routes! WE were at Circus Circus at 10:30 and I think we were on the bus at 11:45 so a lot of time was wasted trying to confirm our reservations.

It was very good - the guide was excellent and very informative.
We were taken to all the great places in Las Vegas. I would recommend the tour.
