The online booking through Viator worked flawlessly. The company dropped me off and picked me up at the set return time. It cost 1/2 of what it would have cost for 2 taxis. I would use the service again.

Drivers were very professional and courteous, trip to and from the airport was pleasant. I would definitely use them again.

Booking desk easy to find, woman at desk was very helpful, polite and supplied us with return ticket. The shuttle was at the shuttle bay, driver was pleasant and handled all our luggage. This was extrememly appreciated as we had been travelling for 15hrs and arrived in Las Vegas very late. A 24hr confirmation of pick up from the hotel was confirmed . Driver was polite and helpful, would highly recommend this service.

The price is right, drivers were friendly, and the vans were clean. My only complaint, of course, is that you have to do some waiting and additional driving to pick up other clients, however, I understand that is how the price is kept low.

We absolutely enjoyed our drivers to and from the airport. We were given excellent directions on where to pick up the minivan, which was very clean and comfortable. The drivers always took the back route so we didn’t have to deal with The Strip traffic. We’ll be using them again on our next trip to Vegas!

Worked like a dream, only about a 30min wait before we set off from the airport. Picked-up from the hotel at the right time.

The pick up from airport has good......the pick up from hotel also okbut I guess Lyft would of been cheaper......

It took us 2 hours to get from the airport to the hotel. On the way from the hotel to the airport was great. The driver was on time and had us to the airport quickly.
