When making a booking for this private arrival transfer from the George Bush Intercontinental Airport to your chosen destination, you will need to advise your flight details and your destination details to complete your reservation. Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking, and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. It's that easy!
Upon arrival at George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH), you'll be met by your professional driver. Choose from either a sedan, for up to three passengers, or a sports utility vehicle, for up to five passengers. Once you’re settled comfortably in your spacious private vehicle, you’ll be driven straight to your downtown Houston, Medical Center or Galleria area accommodation.

Booked a limo but they never turned up. Called them and they said they had a problem transferring money as I was international even though my money had gone from my account weeks before. I had to find an alternative service after a 10 hour flight, with no local knowledge.
No idea what actually went wrong but wouldnt recommend to use this service. -

Very easy to find the driver with text communication from company. As advertised, he was standing in the arrival area with a sign. He was very pleasant and a safe driver.

excellent service - my flight was delayed by approx 90 minutes and we then had a wait at immigration and security but my driver was there waiting with a very clearly marked sign and had me in the car and at my hotel very efficiently. He was a very pleasant driver courteous and friendly without being over the top. The only downside was he advised that I needed to pay $5 parking charges (presumably because of my delay) and I didn't have the right change, nor did he and nor could I pay by credit card so I felt bad that he had to waive this - a warning that there could be an extra charge (or this could be added to the advance fee) would have been better all round. I would use again and will be booking for my return trip
