Simple instructions on where to go on arrival and straightforward transfer to our hotel. Stress free and value for money.

We found the staff at the receiving desk very unorganized and sent us to another transfer company. I had to argue with the dispatcher that we had indeed paid for the transfer service as he did not seem to recognize the aviator logo. Said he would only take Go customers. He did finally agree when he read our paper work. He also kept us waiting a very log time. A taxi would have been faster and less hassle. I will not use this service in future and not recommend it either.

Our driver was very nice. Would definately use their services again.

Our pick up was amazing. The driver pick up us up right on time without any issues. it was a shared ride but it was good. We made it to the airport with time to spare.

The transfer worked very well, with the driver skillfully avoiding a traffic jam caused by a collision. There were a few moments of concern while the driver tried to establish our bone fides with the Go office. Well done overall.

Had to wait a while and they didn't seem to know where our hotel was. No urgency from the staff at the airport.

driver was brisk, almost to point of rudeness. As I waited 20 minutes for the shuttle, I had my voucher out but dropped it as I was trying to board the bus. Took a few minutes to chase it down. Driver not happy. too bad price was decent, the wait was not.

Service was good. We first dropped off passenger at Miami International. Much cheaper than taxi.

had to wait for a lil, and thn was sent in a particular taxi and then asked if i paid, which was weird

10 STARS! WOW! I had and issue that my flight was cancelled and they booked me earlier, so I needed the transfer to the cruise port from a hotel and not from the airport. I called, they were super friendly and helped me to change the pickup spot with any issue and with any other charge! That was a plus. The driver came, very friendly and helpful on time to the hotel and let us on the cruise port. Thanks!
