    The van we went on was really poor. Noisy and no springs. This vehicle should have been out of service. Driver was great

    What a disappointment, not a resort. Rusted out equipment on the grounds, hot springs algae growing on sides, pool was cloudy and bottom was slimy. I was very surprised that the discharge from geothermal component was discharged in nearby stream at 90 F . I ask how that would would effect the aquatic life in the stream, the answer was they don't like it. The right answer would be at 90 F it would kill most of the aquatic life. It was not what it was supposed to be and not worth my money or my time. Ice museum was OK.

    It was nice, but coming from Virginia the layout can be made more appealing. My overall impression of Alaska is a 3 star hotel where you will be paying a 5 star price. Did not eat the soggy oily fries at Crab Shack in Seward Harbour.

    Chena Hot Springs was great! We were picked up from our hotel and our driver was great. It was beautiful at hot springs. The ice palace was incredible! I would recommend this for anyone going to Fairbanks!

    Except for ice museum, this trip is totally useless. It is not worth the money. I don't recommend the trip. The bus trip was pleasant to go the hot springs.

    This tour company is awesome , 100 reliable , prompt and very professional . Tour didnt get more people but they still took just the two of us to this tour .
