Depending on what day of the week you make your reservation you will be able to visit one of these fine establishments:
Mile High Spirits - Mile High Spirits opened its tasting room to offer quality cocktails and its own culture unlike anywhere else in Denver. Their tasting room creates all of its own spirits on site making it's specialty cocktails some of the best in Denver. Mile High Spirits is known for many specialty drinks including the Moscow Mule.
Rising Sun - Rising sun has some of the best vodka and gin you have ever tasted. They are a small batch distillery located on 22nd and Lawrence in Denver. They are known for their wide variety of organic spirits.
Downslope Distilling - Downslope distillery has won dozens of awards for its quality products and continues to receive praise and recognition through critics, the press and consumer markets. Downslope is a recognized distillery in national and international contests.
State 38 - State 38 brewery specialized in barrel aged spirits. State 38's barrel-aged gin is vapor gin basket passed through another distillation process using Colorado Juniper Barries and a special mix of organic spices. The barrel itself is charred North American White Oak. The mixture is allowed to age one month to make it an intensely crisp, spicy, outrageously flavorful spirit.
Laws Whiskey House - Exactly as the title says, laws is an establishment dedicated solely to the creation of whiskey. Everything from the base ingredients through the distillation process of whiskey is practiced here with a emphasis on making a quality product. Minimum age is 21 years *I.D.s will be checked for anyone consuming alcohol. No Whiskey & Spirits will be served to those without, or those that are under age. However, a light appetizer will be offered at Pints. There will be food and drinks available at Pints and Rising Sun. Food is not included in the tour price. Feel free to bring personal items, such as purses, back-packs, and cameras. These can be stored in the van if needed.
