When making a booking for this private arrival transfer from the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport to your chosen destination, you will need to advise your flight details and your destination details to complete your reservation. Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking, and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. It's that easy!
Upon arrival at the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport (DFW), you'll be met by your professional driver. Choose from either a sedan, for up to three passengers, a sports utility vehicle, for up to five passengers, or a stretch limousine, for up to eight passengers. Once you’re settled comfortably in your spacious private vehicle, you’ll be driven straight to your downtown Dallas, Allen, Arlington or Coppell accommodation.

Overpriced and they called me to tell me that I needed to pay $10 extra and to make sure to add $5 tip. The extra should have not been asked for because there were no tolls or anything to charge for. I called viator and asked about it. They said they would call me back to take care off me, no call

The driver was leaning against the wall smoking when I arrived. He then thrust papers at me informing that I will need to pay toll and a tip. His English was very poor so had difficulty understanding what he was talking about. I would prefer that any costs such as tolls were included in original price. He was unpleasant and I would have preferred not to give him a tip at all. When I arrived at the hotel, my suitcase was dumped on the road - didn't even bother to put it on the sidewalk. Worse service ever.

A little bit of a mix up with the pick up location, but other than that it was fine.

The car was waiting for us as soon as we got there. The driver was friendly and pointed places of interest out to us on the drive to our hotel. The car was very clean and there was plenty of room for all our luggage.

pick up on time. nice ride. however, the driver led us to believe that we had to pay $20.00 for the airport toll, which we did plus tip. He went on and on about how he only gets paid $25.00 per trip and that he could not live on that and that people do not tip these days. not very professional! guess we were foolish to think we had to pay him for the toll. will take the super shuttle next time.
