We were a small group so the tour was about 2 hours as we spent less time at each food stop - a bigger group would be closer to the 3 hour mark. Varied food offerings - deep pan pizza (crunchy not doughy which was a relief), brownies, German sausage and egg noodle, Italian beef, chocolate and popcorn. All the food was good but the medic of savoury then sweet then savoury again was a bit odd and we brought our chocolate home rather than eat it between 2 savoury offerings. Elizabeth our guide was fun and engaging, and clearly knew the city and its food history. The tour included some historic sights and she took us into buildings we probably wouldn’t have seen without her, so that was a great bonus. Overall a good tour but perhaps more thought needed on the order of stops?

It was a nice combination of Chicago fun facts, history AND good tastes. It was more comfortable than other tours too in that it had more sit down stops as well as more access to water and bathrooms. Those were added bonuses

We really enjoyed Elizabeth and the tour....pizza, Italian beef, popcorn and others really made for a nice step into Chicago food, and we got to hear about some history, both old and new! The stop at the Cultural Center was truly something to see.....don't hesitate, do it....its a great tour!

If you find yourself in the Chicago area this tour is a must. The attraction is not just great food to be shared with old and new friends alike, but the history of the establishments are just as great as the food itself.

Very good. High amount of food. Good info. Could have been a bit louder but very much enjoyed. More food than could eat. Very good value.

It was an excellent tour due to the guide who not only gave us info on the food we ate but about the history of Chicago. We got to see some interesting food places but also cultural highlights.

It doesn't get better than this food tour! Wish I could do this everyday but my waistline just wouldn't allow it.

great food samples and great guide. Pity, the weather was cold and snowing to explore the city on foot.

Our tour guide was AnnaLynn and she was sweet, funny and very knowledgeable. Along with delicious food, she also provided a bunch of fun history lessons. Every place we went to, we had plenty to eat...and I gotta say there was no bad or mediocre food, it was all delicious. A couple of the sweets shops we went to also gave us a discount if we chose to purchase something, since we were on that tour.
I can't reccomend this tour enough!
Special thanks to Annalyn who made sure to chat with every person, get personable with them and provide any reccomendations. My brother and I were seeking specific neighborhoods and restaurants and she mde sure to follow up with us and give us tips before we parted ways.
