They were prompt, and called us ahead of time.

They arrived at the hotel when they said they would but did not come to the front of the hotel. Instead I had to walk all the way to the other side of the hotel, past protesters and across 2 streets to get to the van. They had me arrive at the airport over 3 hours before my domestic flight.

As a complete stranger to Boston Logan Airport it was great to ride share to the hotel. The signage at the airport is terrible. It might be helpful to your customers for you to highlight on a map where to wait for your vans.
