Your purchase of transfer from Boston International Airport (BOS) will be confirmed instantaneously and you will be provided with a travel voucher that includes your provider's contact information to complete the reservation. You will need to advise your flight details, your downtown Boston or Cambridge accommodation details and the size of your party. Once you arrive, simply present your travel voucher to the driver. It's that easy!

Driver was good, but in my opinion was doing a lot of fake laughing. Maybe im wrong, maybe just an overly happy guy. Good driver though.

The LONG and convoluted procedure to book a car is only explained AFTER you have booked and paid. You then need to phone or re-confirm using an online form AND then when you arrive you have to ring them AGAIN. I phoned as I was leaving my aircraft and was transferred to FOUR different people over a 20 min period in order to be simple told go to the limo area. Once I got to the limo area I needed to wait another 20 minutes. Never again.

Only reason for not giving 5 stars is that I felt having to pay extra for toll road was a bit much - price paid should have been sufficient to cover this. Otherwise excellent prompt and friendly service.

Didn't expect when I went to tip our driver that he would inform me not politely that it was not enough that we had to pay a toll too. Really. It would be great if they just incorporated it into their fee so you know what you are up for and then you can decide whether it's cheaper to take an Uber.

Phoned the company the night before to arrange the time for collection. The driver was on time 4am and polite. The car was clean too.

We had to be picked up 45 minutes earlier! That could have been explained at purchase time! Great transport! -
My three friends and I shared and had no problems. Pleasant and competent driver who was there as soon as call was placed from the airport.
