Only reason for not giving 5stars is that I felt being asked for extra to pay for the toll road was a bit much - price paid should have been sufficient to cover this. Otherwise excellent prompt and friendly service.

It wasn't bad enough going there that we had to pay a toll 3 when arriving and being brought to our hotel but this time we were asked to pay the toll both ways. 7.50. And then they expect a tip too. What do you actually pay for. I'll take an Uber next time.

changed our time for pickup with out notice, had to get up 1 hour early and sit at the airport for over 3 hours, not needed.

Followed Viators instructions and phoned company after the luggage was collected. Told where to wait - the driver attempted to phone me three times, but the line kept cutting out. Waited for fifteen minutes before he arrived. Tried to make polite conversation but he wasnt in the mood.

This was really bad. Two parties came into airport different times for trip to hotel same hotel and same day but each driver charged a different price for toll fee. On trip back same route to airport the fee was different again. Not sure what is going on here.

Wonderful experience. The driver was early, thus avoiding any anxiety. He was friendly, efficient, helpful and a good driver. What more could we ask for?
