They had another passenger scheduled for pick up. It sounded like they didn't have full information for the passenger. We went about 40 minutes out of the way to get the other passenger and when we got to the campus the driver still couldn't find the location and the road was closed. He made every effort to call her and find her but when she found out she'd have to walk to the shuttle, she decided not to go, even though the driver offered to meet her and carry her luggage. Most of this was the other passenger's fault, but the driver complained the rest of the way to the airport for the next 40 minutes about the other passenger.

Driver didn't turn up, rang the provider. They were very apologetic and upgraded our vehicle. Did have the wrong name for our booking though?

My trip was beyond outstanding. The driver was polite, efficient and very effective. I am traveling to New York soon and would like to use the service again. Can you tell me what other cities you service?

The price to get from Baltimore to Washington, DC is great! However, if you are in a rush, be advised that this shuttle will pick up and drop off other customers as well. Nonetheless, I would use this service again.
-
Very efficient and professional. I will definitely utilize your services again. Thanks for your service.
-
Pickup was on-time, but I would have appreciated a call from the shuttle driver to let me know he had arrived. Other than that, no complaints about the service. Would definitely use again.
-
The driver arrived after giving notice of the expected arrival time. He was courteous and told me that two other riders would join us. The driver was an excellent driver and the trip was smooth. We arrived at BWI quite early and with plenty of time to spare.
-
Great! It was raining and the driver called for an early pick up to ensure I would be on time! He was prompt, careful, quick and courteous!
