Transfer services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Choose from a sedan transfer for 3 people or a van transfer that carries up to 5 passengers. All vehicles feature stylish and spacious interiors and you will be met and escorted by a professional chauffeur.
When your stay in Atlanta ends, you’ll be met at your downtown Atlanta, North Atlanta, Buckhead, Alpharetta or Marietta accommodation by a professional driver and driven in comfort to Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson International Airport (ATL). With this convenient, hassle-free airport transportation , choose either a sedan for up to three passengers or a minivan for up to five passengers.
When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details, your downtown Atlanta, North Atlanta, Buckhead, Alpharetta or Marietta accommodation details and the size of your party. Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver it’s that easy!

The agent called me near the agreed time of meeting that the original driver had issues and therefore could not do the transfer. The replacement driver arrived about an hour later than the agreed time. Thankfully, I was wise enough to give ample time - Otherwise I could have missed my flight. I gave a two-star rating, because it was nevertheless a comfortable ride.

Would never arrange travel with these people again. As i was coming from overseas via LA to Altanta and they had the ticket info they went to the wrong arrivals section. Took me ages to get in contact with them as i had no way of phoning.
After sorting things out driver still went to wrong area. -
The drivers were very professional and on time and gave excellent directions as to where they were located which I appreciated since they had to pick me up at the airport and midtown Atlanta where it was obvious parking was at a premium and since I had never been to Atlanta before, I really appreciated their timely communication.

Driver was on time awaiting our arrival. He was courteous and patient considering I was with my mother who needed wheel chair assistance.

Unfortunately had the same limousine service as we did on arrival and surprise, surprise it was the same driver and he was late, again!
Had to call the car service again to locate him, finally arrived, lots of excuses, simply bad service. -

Arrived at hotel 20 minutes late.Should rename from Carmel Limousine Service to Excuse Limousine Non Service.
DO NOT USE ! -
This is very poor service that I do not recommend at all. The driver was supposed to pick up at 6:30 AM but called to say he was late. Again he called to say he was running late but meanwhile it was pouring rain and there was terrible traffic getting to the airport from my hotel in Alpharetta. There was no way I could get to my flight on time if I didn't leave right then. I could not wait any longer and got alternate transportation and just made the flight.
