Upon arrival at the Hartsfield Jackson International Airport (ATL), your driver will be waiting for you. Once you’ve settled into your comfortable sedan or minivan, depending on the size of your party, your professional driver will take you straight to your downtown Atlanta, North Atlanta, Buckhead, Alpharetta or Marietta accommodation.
When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details, your downtown Atlanta, North Atlanta, Buckhead, Alpharetta or Marietta accommodation details and the size of your party. Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously and you will be provided with a travel voucher that includes your driver’s phone number. When you land, simply call your driver for immediate pickup it’s that easy!

It was not made clear where we were to have met the driver and it was more than several minutes before we figured out where we needed to be to get picked up. However, our driver was very pleasant and accommodating and got us to our hotel.

Driver met us at the luggage area. Lincoln town car nicely maintained. Comfortable ride to hotel in Buckhead. We arrived late and near midnight. Was very happy we chose this option which was not not expensive.

Great large land cruiser type vehicle and very friendly and helpful driver.

Bad attitude. Arrived at Atlanta airport, waiting at baggage carousel, no driver. Called their dispatch who eventually located him, he advised he was running late so if we could meet him downstairs with our luggage then he would not have to park. We did not pay for a private transfer to be hauling our own luggage down lifts / escalators and out on to the kerb so I told him he would have to come in and assist with the luggage.
When he finally arrived I was less then impressed with his attitude, it was as though he was doing us a favour. I would not recommend this service. -
When we phoned the Company to let them know we had arrived early, we told them again, even though it was on the booking, that we had 4 suitcases with us. He turned up in a car which could not accomodate the cases in the boot. We thought we had booked a mini-van. Eventually the cases were crammed in the car with the passenger in the front seat holding a suitcase. The driver had no idea where the hotel was, even though he already had the address on his email, and he had to keep pulling over to check the sat nav on his phone.

Never showed up. Unreliable service. Never recommend this product to anyone.
